VRODA Refund Policy

We want you to love your VRODA Complex Serum. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Opened Products
Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We are unable to offer refunds on opened skincare products due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@vroda.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
